Located in the heart of Broad Ripple, OptiPark is home to baseball, birthday parties, family reunions, social events, and pure outside playground fun!
Three generations have grown up playing baseball at OptiPark, and you might even see the Indy Thunder Beepball (baseball for the visually impaired) team (5x World Champs!) practicing on the field. The Broad Ripple Art Fair uses the park grounds every May, along with other events throughout the year.
Volunteers from the North Side Optimists (a local not-for-profit service organization) have maintained the park as a community resource for over 65 years, and any and all donations go directly to the cost of park maintenance and improvements.

Family Fun Night is a free event for everyone to attend, a great way to celebrate National Night Out, and a great time for families!
Over the last few years, we’ve had dozens of groups and organizations join in, with hundreds of attendees, games, balloons, popcorn, puppies and kittens, and even police and firefighters stopping by to say hello!
